Weight Loss Plateau

Hey Guys!
So i am new to my fitness pal. I came here in need of help of my plateau and to track my calorie intake. So i have been on a new life style for the past 6 weeks and so far i have lost 26 lbs. I am 5'5 female, and i currently weight 190. For the past week and a half or two, i cannot seem to break 190.

Let me tell you about my life style. While i was thinking hard and long today about my dilemma, i found out that am eating between 1100-1200 calories a day MAYBE EVEN LESS. Aside from that, i work out 5x (intense: 25 minutes carido & 1:35 hours of weight training)a week and according to my polar watch, I am burning around 1300 calories.

i have been doing lots of research and i see many different answers. some say i should reduce my calorie intake, or work out more intensely. but honestly, if i think i'll take that advice, i'll be dead. I also see that my body is probably in starvation mode. If you guys think i am. how do i get out of it? or maybe it is something out.

please give me advice guys. So far i have seen a big change in my body. But everytime i step on the scale. I am upset because i cannot get past 190. I feel like quitting,
