I decided almost three years ago to get my weight under control. I started at 284lbs and over the first few months dropped about 35lbs. Around November I figured I would take a break until late spring. I gained about 20lbs back during that time and did the same thing the following year.
So this past summer June,2013 I was 256lbs and started up on the same path. However, after a month off Nov-Dec I decided this time I would try to maintain instead of allow myself to gain back any weight. Then after the first two weeks of Dec I had lost a couple pounds. So then I decided to keep losing instead of maintaining. So at the start of Dec,2013 I was at 231lbs and as of today I was at 215.8 for almost 68lbs lost in total. I have hit several goals I have set for myself the next is to get to 200lbs.
I have been tracking my food and exercise on and off on another site. I came across MyFitnessPal today and decided to give it a try to compare the experience between the two.
