Crossfit and clean eating without weight loss - help?

During the winter I go through these really intense workout streaks. In 2012 to early 2013 I lost 20lbs within a few months of eating clean, working out frequently, and not really counting calories, just minding my portions. I've counted calories in the past, but pretty much became obsessed.
My previous weight loss put me at the 125-130 mark. It fluctuated because I was drinking a couple of times a week and held on to a lot of water.
So now, I've gained 10lbs back from a lazy winter with very little exercise. I'm at 140lbs. Usually, when I get back on track again I start losing weight almost instantly. To be honest, I have only been back at a normal routine for a week with one rest day. In the past I've instantly lost a couple pounds. Now, I'm steady at 140 and I do see a difference in my body. Arms are looking more toned and my tummy is looking flatter. But still no numbers dropping.
This is the first time I've seriously incorporated weight training into my workout schedule. I do circuit training which totals to about 30 minutes of cardio and about 5-7 reps of whatever I'm targeting that day. Ex) run 7 minutes, 20 squats, 15 walking lunges, 20 side lunges, run 6 minutes, same sets and reps, and then complete this until I hit 1 minute of running and then my last set.
I mix it up everyday so my body doesn't adjust. Why is my body reacting differently this time around?

It sounds like to be you are building muscle! You might have some water weight fall off, but you sound like you're at a good weight! The heavier you are, the quicker the initial weight falls off. If you don't have much to lose, it comes off much - much slower.
Have you tried being careful with your sodium? That might be faking the scale a bit.0 -
What's your nutrition like?
One week is not enough time for your body to react usually.. practice patience.0 -
If you're not losing weight, you're over estimating your calorie burns, you're eating too many calories, or both. Calories don't care if they're clean or not for weight loss.
Find out your TDEE and take 15-20% off in calories.
ETA -- if it's only been a week.... give it time. Also, you could be working with a smaller calorie deficit than you think you are.0 -
If this continues for a period of time I would say you are not eating in a deficit.
But right now if you are looking better odds are you are doing it right its just not showing on the scales yet. Scales aren't the best judge0 -

OP, I'm sure you know your goals are not realistic. What took a period of 2-3 months to add-on, you want to see material improvements in less than a week. You know how to do this the right way and your body will conform to the pattern maintained over a period of time [not one week].0
