Richard Simmons

OK, what to list his workouts under... I've been doing the Sweatin To The Oldies series and so far it's kicking my butt (only been at this a few weeks) but, I'm not entirely sure what to log it under. Any suggestions?

    I would just log it as Low Impact Aerobics... Unless you are jumping, then High Impact.
