Does anyone know how to log strength training? My routine today included: HIIT (squat jacks, jumping jacks, step-ups, burpees), deadlifts (5x5), glutes (abductor and kickbacks), on top of the cardio I already logged...

i log it as strength training in the cardio database. I only do it because it gives me extra calories and I'll use anything as an excuse to eat more.0
