I start with the TGI Friday's complete Skillet Meal Cajun-Style Alfredo Chicken & Shrimp. I add 12 oz of scallops and an additional 8 oz of shrimp. The extra sea food increases the servings from 2.5 in the normal bag to 5 servings with about 300 calories. Add a green veggie salad and you have a very indulgent meal.
