I jog all slow and steady (and in one minute intervals interspersed with walking) around the track near my house and I feel like anyone could have written this about me, but the guy's response is AWESOME. And also, if someone had written this about me, I probably would have yelled "YOU DON'T KNOW ME!" as loudly and frequently as a deadbeat husband on Maury Povich.
