Mid-section help

What are the best machines for cardio for obliques/muffin top and belly fat mid section as well as front of the legs?

    Can't spot reduce. However, planks are good for working your stomach, and squats and lunges are good for the legs.
  • According to my trainer cardio is the only thing that will burn belly fat. Or any other kind of fat. Any kind of cardio works as long as you can talk but you can't sing. However that doesn't mean you shouldn't work your abs. If you don't you will burn the fat and all that will show is flabby ab muscles.
