Quark...what do you do with it?

I've just bought some quark for the first time, because it seems to have a higher protein value than many similar items. What do you do with it? Ideas and recipes would be much appreciated.

In Germany we mix in herbs and have it with a hot baked potato
My mom loves to mix in cooked fruits to make a quark dessert.
So bit sweet and savory options are open to what you want to do with it.0 -
I have a recipe for baked cheesecake using Quark. Lately I've seen it as a topping on pizza, in Canada. The French equivalent is called Fromage Blanche w slightly lower protein than Quark known in certain circles as the French woman's secret to staying slim. hmmm. Other people's experience would be interesting to hear about0
