T25 question

Hi all :) I started T25 (for the third time! - this time with plans to stick to it) February 3 and was consistent with it for three weeks - with great results (no weight loss but inches coming off), then life got in the way and I made excuses and only did two work outs each in weeks 4 and 5. So my question is, do I redo weeks 4 and 5 this week or start into the Beta phase anyway? Thanks :)
