Adding Exercise (Do you have an app for that?)

So, I've started this weight loss Journey. I kicked it off pretty nicely with a 10lbs drop because I stopped drinking soda. That loss is now petering out and it's down to the good old grind of getting my focus up. I decided that I need to add exercise into the mix, not only to help the loss along, but to tone and get my muscles in shape so I (hopefully) don't wind up looking like a shapeless blob.
What I've settled on to start for exercise (because I don't like gym memberships and I don't feel on the up and up for running yet). Is early morning yoga and jumping rope in the backyard. I used to do Vinyasa yoga so that's what I'll do. I just have to get out and clean off the concrete pad in the back yard so I don't feel crowded with lawn furniture.
I'm trying to decide if I should build my own Yoga Flow or if I should use an app. Does anyone have a good app they use?
