Finally got around to changing my goals.

When I first started my weight loss journey (can I still call it a journey if it seems to be taking FOREVER?) I plucked a number from thin air and announced that was my UGW. Now I've looked at it in more detail I've figured out a number (scales I know, tut tut) that I'd be completely happy with. So I've changed my goal and I now have a tad more to lose than I originally put.

40lb to go! My question is...with 40lb to go how much should I set mfp to lose per week? My BMR is 1623 (which seems crazy high to me) I usually eat around 1500 and maybe 50% of my exercise calories if I feel particularly hungry one day.

I feel like this is me starting afresh again and hoping that will give me the kick up the butt I need to get the rest shifted
