We all need a little motivation!

Hey all,

So last year was a tough bump in the road for me. I lost my mom to breast cancer (she was a soldier for fighting for 7 years) and then I fell into a slight depression and low self esteem and ended up gaining 30 pounds. I would just eat, eat and eat some more and not care about anything. But now, I'm back in track, staying positive and making sure I do what's necessary to stay for and eating healthy so that I can reduce my risk of disease and whatnot. But as you all know, with making fitness and health goals, you need motivation. So I'm asking you all to help me and in return I'll help you stay motivated in your fitness journey. I want to share food ideas and meal prep recipes and also some good exercise variations and weight loss tips.

This community is great so far and I'm reading a bunch of your guys' posts and they are helping me guide myself in the right direction. Add me and we can help each other reach our goals! Happy fat burning :)
