I'm 5 ft 7 arms weigh 265. How many calories should I be eating. I'm also on week 6 of p90x. (Big girls Can Do p90x! Lol) I'm just trying to find a number that would have me losing 2 pounds a week. What has worked for anyone worth similar weight

    Well when you set up your MFP account, I'm assuming you said you want to lose 2 pounds per week so the amount of calories the program gave you per day should be about right - that already includes a calorie deficit, no more figuring needed. When you do your P90X, make sure you log it and try to eat back at least half of the calories earned.
