Down 2.2 pounds. I was unable to weigh in on Tuesday due to being ill in bed for the past three days. But I was feeling better this morning and weighed this morning. The weight loss is probably from just drinking hot tea and eating soup every day. I was way under my calorie goal every day.0 -
