Cardio or Resistance Training First

Should cardio or resistance training be performed first? Which gives you the better results?

    There is always a debate about this, and I think the best answer depends on your goals. If you are working really hard to up your weights then do that first while you are fresh, if you are really working to to take a few minutes off your 5k time then it would be the opposite.

    when i used to do both on the same day it was lifting then cardio
