Helloes!

Well a friend of mine is on here and I am horrible at logging and journaling my food /cal. intake. Hopefully this can help me stay on track and help me get some inspirations for my lunches.

I am usually set on a little less cal. intake than suggested by the program- but I normally end up eating a bit more.

This week is of course a horribad week for me to start in: let's start trying to get back into shape and doc. it when I am stuck at home with a back injury. Of course- had I not been injured I would not have looked at this site.. so I'll take it as a good sign.

I haven't had a chance to troll the community and forums yet but is there a good thread about clean eating and good protein sources? I usually try to have 6 "meals" a day. And I usually workout more than just surfing and couch patatoing - silly back.

Had to cancel 2 training sessions with my trainer :(

But so far liking what I have seen and hopefully this is what I need - I have plateaued after losing 50-60 lbs. and I still have 50ish about to go until I am around my target wgt.
