So i am back on here again. First time i have been on for a while, but me and my girlfriend are going on a trip in november and im trying to lose some weight so i dont feel disgusting when I'm by the pool in november. I am trying to get back to my ideal weight of like 160-70. I gained weight after i quit smoking, It was alot of work losing that weight and i was so proud.
I know the last 10 lbs are the hardest, so i am willing to work hard. I am wondering anybody have any tips about the late night hunger. Any suggestions on a great snack low calorie, preferrably not sweet. I usually eat chips, garlic bread, etc at night. I know they are all horrible for me, but I need to eat something at night before i goto bed or feel sick after my workout.
please let me know!

Popcorn is great for this. have you ever checked out the calories on light butter popcorn. Super low, even if you eat the whole bag yourself. ha ha0

Can you change your work out time? I work out in the morning (4:00 AM). Its hard, but it leaves me with tons of energy all day. Plus, you burn more calories. Then at night time after dinner and and a bit of TV, I'm to exhaused to stay up and eat. :yawn:0
