    Yeah..that's fine. The body regulates itself, so it's what you do on a regular basis that will help or hurt you, not one day.

    That is fine, there is no way you can get it exact. You can burn less than 100 calories easily, just by doing daily things. Also, some of the things you are logging in aren't EXACT with the calories, so I am not worried when I am under or over by 100ish.
