Hi,
I´ve been writing down my food consumption on this site for the past week now. I started a phase one of the SBD 12 days ago and just added cereal today. I have lost 8 pounds so far and my clothes are fitting better already. I´m a little torn. I have never really dieted. I´m a male 5ft 11inches at 241 pounds. The South Beach Diet talks about lower ¨good¨ carbs and higher protein. My carbs on the food tracker are always very low compared to what it says I should eat. Proteins are high. I like this site quite abit. Seeing the photos of before and after of people is very cool. Anyway. Thanks. Romping
