Hi! I finally decided to join the community! I was on Weight Watchers since October 2013 and lost more than 20 pounds. I'm struggeling with the same 5-7 pounds for a few weeks and decided to switch to calory count. Much more precise than de PP program :) So here I am! Love to read the posts, learn a few tricks and get motivation! I workout 3 times a week (5K run + weight) and focus on a 1200 cal/day menu.
