Hi All,
I've been a myfitnesspal member for quite a long time, but never posted, and until recently, didn't have my profile completely updated. I recently made a decision, after several years of bad nutritional and fitness habits, to make a lifestyle change. I added more fruits and vegetables to my daily intake, started tracking my overall intake regularly through myfitnesspal, and lastly, started the Power 90 workout from Beach Body.
I'm nine days into the workout schedule, and absolutely love it. I've made time for it in my busy schedule, and am really starting to look forward to it each day.
I just wanted to say hello, and for anyone in my same shoes, it takes a little bit of effort to get started, and once you do, I found the momentum really does keep you going. If you'd like to chat, or want to form a group to keep us motivated, let me know.
