HRM vs. BodyMedia Arm Band

I have both and today I used them both at the gym. My HRM said i burned about 135 cals more than my arm band. Which one should I log and count?

Personally, I'd go with the BodyMedia. HRMs didn't work for me because my heart rate would always shoot up very high, giving erroneous readings0
