What I got from it, is that exercise is important for overall health. Many of us live very sedentary lives, and while it's possible to stay thin without exercise, it's not as easy to stay healthy without it.0

Oh my gosh that picture. Seriously? It makes me want to send them a very angry email.
And where is the mention of body fat percentage and advice on how to lower it (short of saying that people are not exercising)? All they're talking about is that people need to eat healthy to lose body fat. We all know it's not the only answer... especially when they are already thin.
