First time poster long time dieter

HI All. I have been using this app for a while now and never read any of the community post but tonight I stumbled upon them.

Great to see so many people doing so well with what ultimately is a very hard and long journey for some.

I for one am your typical yoyo dieter. I have been just under 19 stone so many times in the past and settling at 15/16 stone for so many years I have probably lost 20/30 pounds over the course of the last 10 years. This app though has really helped me to lose steadily and not gain it back.

I am still on my journey however I am very much near my goal. I think i'm about 1.5 stone away. That's a whopping 86lb lost from my heaviest recorded weight.

I wish all of you the best of luck and even if I can give one piece of advice to anyone, it is never give up. There are over 25 meals in a week and if a few of there are questionable, don't take this negativity to them all. Just move on, get past it and use your amazing skills to make your next meals/exercise plans count positively.

    Well done Nat Love your pics , what a difference, you now look amazing! It's my first day on here. I have to lose 3 1/2 stone. I really hope this App works for me. I realise that I have to make it work. It's a struggle, let the battle begin! :smooched:

    The first step you have done hun, That the hard bit over, you have made the choice to change your life for the better.

    Its is a difficult journey but not an impossible one.
