Strength Training Without a Gym

I live in the middle of nowhere with no gym (or home equipment). Does anyone have suggestions for a chunky SAHM to add some strength training to my routine? I'm currently walking for 30 min on the treadmill 3/ week and have 53 lbs to lose to get to a healthy BMI. thanks so much!!

    By the sound of the OP, pull-ups and burpees are probably out of the question.

    Look into Calisthenics.

    Also, you can make your own weights at home, just be creative - fill some sturdy carrier bags with some cans of food and you can curl them, press them, shrug them, squat with them etc, etc.
