Recipe Ingredient Substitutions
Options
I enjoy playing with recipes to make them lower in calories and fat (among other BAD things). While I know most of these - and there are many more - I printed the list to keep it in the kitchen - handy when cooking. Thought you all may find it useful too!

Thanks! I love to bake and cook and have been using some substitutions along the way. I could really use a list!
Cheers!

Thanks for this, I've been thinking of making some recipes healthier. Baking is especially tricky, so I'll give these substitutions a try!0

Thanks for sharing that, good to know things. It is kind of a fun challenge to try and "make-over" recipes. I get the Taste of Home mag called Healthy Cooking. I just got the latest copy and they have a couple yummy recipe make-overs that look pretty good. I like that one too because every recipe gives the nutritional counts. Happy cooking/baking!0
