I don't work 9-5, eating question

I work the 10 am to 7 pm shift. I usually go to bed about midnight, sometimes 1 am. I do most of my eating during the day at work, but I usually have a salad or lean cuisine when I get home. (living situation prevents daily cooking, to many roommates, to little kitchen and fridge space) I usually at least walk when I get home. I walk fast, and I get to shook up if I eat then walk then I feel poopy. My question is, what is the latest I should be eating???

You lose weight by eating at a deficit. It doesn't matter when you eat.
