How can I boost my metabolism?

Okay so long story short I feel like I have damaged my metabolism. At first i was eating 1100-1200 calories and everything seemed fine. Now for the past two month I have lost my period, thinned my hair, always cold. And basically feel like crap. I was 150 pounds in October 2013 now weight 123.5 pounds. and guess what I'm frustrated because I have only lost 1 pound this month even thought I did everything right. I wanna get down to 115 pounds because I want to look good in clothes (for all those that will say oh stop you dont need to lose weight bleh bleh) So I have decided to boost my calories to 1400 now . Will i still be able to lose those last ten pounds and oh yea btw I workout using Jillian Michael DVDs
Ugh i feel like such a idiot and I want my body to be happy and healthy again :-) oh btw im 18 years old and I'm 5 ft 6 inches and i wanna lose atleast a pound each week.

You will resolve both the metabolism issue, and the looking good in clothes issue, by taking up strength training, and eating at just a slight deficit or maintenance. Weight loss is not what will transform your body, but rather a good strength training programme.0

Rather than listen to the advice given in numerous threads, you deactivated your old account, create a new one, and post the same exact diatribes. Your goal is still unhealthy as is your approach to weight loss.

And this here. I thought it seemed familiar.0 -
OP..... STOP TRYING TO FORCE YOUR BODY FURTHER INTO AN UNHEALTHY SITUATION!
Your earlier account revealed that you've already put your body into a state where your periods stopped. You admitted to eating about 50% (or less) of what your body needed for your activity level and a sensible weight loss. Your goal weight is in the underweight category according to your BMI.
Seek help and address your unhealthy situation before you do permanent damage.
Sadly, I expect you to continue creating numerous new threads then ignoring the advice given to you. Your behavior patterns show a desperate need for professional help.0 -
