Belfast maine area

I live in searsport, and i find a group of over eater group, i heard alot of bad information about the group, does anyone have a good experience with weight loss groups.

    I cant really help with your question at all, sorry! But I had to respond because I was born and raised in Belfast Maine! Went to the Gov, Anderson Elementary school and Troy Howard Middle school. I moved away right before high school. I am sure if we don't know each other we have mutual acquaintances- Belfast is just too small not to! Good luck on your weight loss journey! MFP has helped me a ton! :flowerforyou:

    There are groups in belfast area, but overeaters and food addicts is not for me, tops and weight watchers maybe good but they cost the same as a zumba game
