I'm new to this and looking forward to give it a try here. I'm 60 years old and was of average weight until around 1997 when I became separated from my ex and I guess food became my best friend.
I've probably lost and regained about 300 lbs since then. Last Jan 2013 I was the highest I had ever been in my life. I woke up one morning and said "Today is the day!" I went back to Weight Watchers on Jan 9, 2013 and so far I have lost a total of 74 lbs!! I haven't missed 1 weigh in since then and I try to attend every meeting (unless I'm working).
I've pretty much plateaued and decided to give "my fitness pal" a try. I started this past Friday and I can't wait to do my weigh in tomorrow at WW.
I'm hoping I find some helpful hints here and share some of mine.
