I have noticed when I log my strength training exercises it doesn't tell me how many calories I burned? Why is that?

I don't know why either, but I think it should!
  • Strength training is kind of tricky to figure out calorie wize. There's so many factors like number of sets, reps per set, intensity of reps, frequency of reps and rest between sets. youcan add strength training under the cardio exercises but it's just a ballpark estimate
  • It will if you search for strength training under the cardiovascular section.

If you look under the list of exercises for "Cardio", you should find "strength training". If you enter the amount of time that you spent strength training, it will give you an approximate number of calories that you burned. The seperate "Strength Training" box is just to help you keep track of your sets, reps and weight used so that you can keep track of your progress. Hope this helps!
