Well I am back on the wagon and simply trying to keep my calories burned>calories taken in!! I know I can do it just have to stick with it. This tool is awesome. Especially the iphone ap so I can put food in on the go. I am also trying to work out with my hubby (a Navy office) which should help (eek).

Just excited to join this community of people all working to the same goal. If anyone has tips or tricks on features of the site they would be appreciated seems like there is a lot to offer here!
