Hi guys, I started on the 5th of feb and since then I've been losing about 2 pounds a week altogether 10 pounds.
But this week I've not lost a thing :( I've probably been eating a little less healthy letting myself have chocolate and things but still staying under my calories per day. I was also on my period this week but it's over now so it shouldn't still affect it if that's what it is should it?
I've been doing maybe 2 miles a day or 1 mile and 30 second slim DVD.
Just wondered if anyone had any insight into what it might be it what I should do?
Should I cut out the unhealthy things?
Also been reading about how people are needing to increase there calorie intake to carry on losing weight?
Thanks for the help, been very proud of myself and motivated as I was getting near a stone and now I feel quite down and it's just putting me back!
Thanks guys x

Weight loss is not linear. Patience!

weight loss is not linear...don't worry about it...I've gone 3-4 weeks without losing for one reason or another...

Just keep at your goal...and it will happen.

And the "unhealthy" food isn't stopping it...and no you don't need to increase your calories unless you are below 1200 for a woman or 1800 for a man.

The only thing I would suggest is that if you have your calories set to lose 2lbs a week...change your weekly weight loss goal to 1lb a week ...2lbs is too fast for someone with less than 100lbs to lose.
