over ate

oh my god i over ate like mad yesterday and today i feel really guilty about it, im sticking with 500 calories today as i do intermittent fasting but i ate over 2500 calories yday. id say over half of that was alcohol. soo disapointed with myself! just hope i dont gain this week. due to get weighed tomorrow :(

    Do not try to make up for binge day by decreasing your calories drastically next day. It is not good habit. That kind of stuff causes eating disorders and if not that then it will make you at least feel like complete crap. Don't torture yourself. Not worth it. You pigged out yesterday don't need to make up for it just forget it, don't drag it with you, today is different day.
    One pigging day will make you gain some water weight probably so yea you will prolly likely gain. But it's fake water weight, it won't add any fat, for that you need to overeat on constant basis, so don't worry about that.

    One day of dieting doesnt make you lose weight. One day of over eating will not make you gain weight.

    One day will not ruin your progress. It may ruin your weigh-in but it won't have any long term effects.

    I have a two red peaks on last week's chart but I did okay overall for the week. One day doesn't make or break you. It is the trend that is important.
