Clean Eating

I am looking for some good information on "Clean Eating" I know there is plenty to be found on the internet but want to make sure it is the best information. I have made alot of changes to my diet already but need to get rid of the processed stuff. I am looking to lose another 30 lbs but also have a son who has ADHD and have been reading changing his diet as well could be more beneficial for him also.

    I stick to 1 big rule (most of the time). I make most of the food I eat have only 1 ingredient (for example: salmon, sweet potato, chicken breast, corn, etc.). This is a great way to weed out the processed food that you are trying to get rid of.
