Going to actually do it this time..

Good morning from NYC, Let em just give you a little run down on my life really quick. I recently moved to NYC from South JErsey. Totally changing my life in big ways. I have started going to the gym about a week ago. Ive always been a thinker girl but athletic but yet extremly lazy!!!!! I stepped on a scale today and nearly threw up at the thought that I let myself get to the weight I am at . >195lbs. So... I have been on this site for a few months now on and off... But I have to be serious now I'm 28 not getting any younger and have to get healthier!!!! I am not looking for a diet or to be "skinny" I just want to take conttol of my life and weight and become a healthier more fit person. If anyone has any great workouts or easy recipes that are filling please send them my way. I have set my goal weight at 1500, I went on a few websites and they gave me a range from 1900-1200 so i'm going to start in the middle and see what happens.     Clearly my goal daily intake is 1500 not my weight lol ..
