Favourite at home exercises?

I was wondering what some of your favorite exercises are as I need some new ideas!
Also, I tried some of the turbo fire Charlene ones, and am I the only one who find them too fast?!? Lol

Fitnessblender.com has some awesome stuff. The BeFit Channel on YouTube does as well. They have their own programs as well as some Denise Austin, Jillian Michaels and others.

You can also just make up your own circuits and do things like burpees, jumping jacks, mountain climbers, squats, high knees, push-ups, planks, etc.

to be frank I lift heavy weights at home..it's my fav.

I also go to fitnessblender.com for my HIIT they have tonnes of workouts...some as short as 8mins some as long as 45mins.

Jillian Michael's videos are good too...30 day shred, extreme shed and shred, ripped in 30, trouble zones (I've only done 30DS but my sister loves the other ones)

HICT - google the seven minute workout. It's deceptive because you should do 3-4 of the seven minute circuits. You don't need anything but a chair and a wall and your bodyweight really. It's very modifiable and stupid hard and the exercises can be substituted with other similiar exercises if you need variety (ie, push -ups could changed to mountain climbers).

I also do a lot with my wii fit. Have heard lots of good things about JM 30 day shred, but I haven't tried it.

    Pull ups, pushups, and dips.

For cardio? My favorite is still an old workout from the 90s. Tae Bo Advanced. I used that to get into incredible shape back in the early 00s when I was in university.

But if you define "at home" as being anywhere outside of a gym, I am an avid speed/race walker. I do a minimum of 8 miles, and often 9-11, outside in the fresh air. I go super fast, like faster than many joggers or slow runners fast. It's incredible, burns off a ridiculous amount of energy, and is the only workout in my life I've truly LOVED doing.

I have a bench, rack, bar, plates and plate load able dumbbells. You could probably get by with adjustable dumbbells at first, a bench is always good, too.
