Toning up

Hello, I have a lot of weight to loose. Im doing pretty good. But my question is any way to tone up some of the flabby skin? I know im gonna have tons of hanging loose skin. Sorry it sounds gross even to me. But I was wondering if anyone knows of exercises to help it some. I use small weights but not sure what im doing. Any help would be appreciated. I know its not gonna be perfect. Im sure I will have to have skin removal surgery if I keep up and hit my goal. Im highly motivated and want to make I work this time. Thanks for any ideas.
