Determing calories, protein, fat, carb goals.

Good Afternoon All!

Are you one of those really knowledgeable people that know how many calories, proteins, fats and carbs one is to consume and that post the data here regularly?

Would you consider listing them on the blog so they will remain visible for a while? I only see the above data when I am commuting on the train and don't know how to copy them when mobile.
