Ok I joined the check in on thursday so my weight is the same but waist is 36" still. May be next week it will change. 100 crunches 50 lunges and 50 push ups . I do the girl push ups. Good luck to everyone else.

    I did
    200 jumping jacks
    50 pushups
    150 crunches
    4 mile (44 minute) run in the sand on the beach

    I'm on the no-scale challenge, so no weigh-in for me.

    I did 40 minutes on the elliptical (equal to about 6-7 miles)
    20 minutes of strength training (lower body today, will do upper body tomorrow)
