2 yrs of Determination and Consistency

I started my journey on MFP about two years ago. I have gone days, weeks, and months at some points without noticing any changes. Thankfully, I'm not the type to just give up! Ive been logging my food and exercising pretty consistenly. My focus used to be cardio with a couple lifting days, but now my main focus is lifting. I LOVE IT! Fitness is my life, and life hasn't been better!
This is only the beginning, and I have so much left to accomplish! I can't wait to see where I will be in another two years from now
186lbs when I first started, and I'm now at 160lbs.
