Hello. I just started going to the gym a couple of months ago and i had some questions
My weight is 220 pds. Ive lost 10 pounds so far and i wanna live a healthy life. My goal is weightloss but does that mean i should stop lifting? Im a pretty hefty guy about 5"11 .

- how to diet properly
- is walking on incline after lifting good for losing weight
- Im trying to go 6 days a week. How many days should i do for str8 cardio.

Any tips for noobys like me just post em . Ty
