Ready to loose some weight!

Hi, my name is Chasity I am 20 years old and I am new to this. I am going to start watching my weight beggining this upcoming Monday September 27, 2010. My goal is to loose about 40-50 lbs. I have been trying on and off for about a year, but I always end up giving up and gaining more weight in the end. Hopefully I will not be a failure this time.

I want to also recommend what sweetbn said. The biggest path to failure is to look at this as a goal to diet in order to lose weight. You want to get into the mindset that you are changing to a healthier lifestyle, and the weight loss is just part of it, but not the main thing. Also, make sure not to do anything too extreme. Changing your lifestyle can be a very tough psychological thing, and too-much-too-fast can shock both your body, mind, and motivation. Good luck and welcome aboard. This site is amazing. There are so many people that support you with your weight loss journey. When you lose weight they cheer you on.If you falter and have a bad day they say it is okay everyone is human keep trying don't give up.0
