Hey everyone.
I'm looking for ways to incorporate lifting into my life, but I don't have the funds to go to a gym, or the equipment at home. I'm wondering if anyone has found alternative methods to achieve the same results.
Anyone?

My brother used to use tins of food as weights. Maybe that could work for you?0

do some research on web for home exercises if you are just starting out. Keep in mind that any push ups, lunges, squats , ect are still using your body weight. no equipment needed.0
