Ok so after about 3 weeks of doing Zumba and what I thought was watching what I ate (woah was I oblivious! ) I still hadn't seen any drop in my scale. My clothes are fitting looser which is FANTASTIC but I'd still like to see weight loss. Well this morning.... through groggy, I don't wanna look eyes, my scale went down .5 pound!!! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY! Who'd have thought such a small amount would be such a HUGE victory for me!?

It is a huge victory!!!! It's the first movement in a series of movements - the first step of becoming less you and more you all at the same time. The fact that your clothes are looser means that you're disappearing.

Yay! Don't get discouraged. These smaller victories soon snowball into bigger victories. Good job as far as sticking with it!

I always strive to see a (lower) number that I haven't seen before... no matter how small it is... GOOD WORK! You're diligence will continue to pay off! :-)

Anything healthier thing you can accomplish is a victory. You know what I tell myself in the morning to pump myself up for my morning routine? You are not a victim. You are a victor.
