Other New Habits

Hey Pals!

I am wondering if you find yourself developing new habits and new goals when you're on track with eating healthy and exercise.

I for one hate shaving my legs, but I am doing so much better at it lately! I think it's because I'm feeling better about myself.

I also have been more apt to just do a chore instead of putting it off, even cleaned the fridge yesterday, my nightmare chore.

What about you? Are having more motivation in areas of your life not related to fitness since you've been here on the Pal?

    I don't hate myself anymore. That was a pretty big bonus.

    Let's see...I didn't use to manscape until I lost my gut. Now, the bushes are gone and a lone tree stands.

    I also find that I lose a lot of time in front of the mirror...any mirror.

    I've also become a selfie queen...to capture *ahem* my progress.

    I think I may have become a bit of an attention *kitten*, but I blame that on my horrorscope animal thingy...Leo.

    I'm also now buying cheaper boxers....doing ATG squats have given me a squat booty and I'm tearing through my boxers like crazy.

    Unfortunately...all the above is true, no matter how sarcastic I'm trying to write all this. #newhealthymeproblems
