Should I workout today or rest with sore muscles?

My hamstrings are still sore from Monday's leg workout and it hurts a bit when I walk.. I worked out my upper body yesterday so I cant work that out today. I was planning on running today but don't think its a good idea since it hurts when I walk and when i touch my hamstrings they hurt. Should I still workout today or should I rest?

    I'd consider doing some active recovery. Walking, stretching, mobility.

    DOMS is very common when working out, I would recommend continuing with your routine unless it is unbearable.

    If it is unbearable then stretching, light exercise would help warm up the muscles and usually mid-way of the workout you don't feel the pain as much.
