What it looks like to weigh in every day for 6 months

Ok, so I'm posting this in case it helps someone else, because about 6 months ago someone posted this and it helped me. In August I started weighing in every day. The important part about weighing in is that you do so in generally the same conditions, but whether that is every day, every week, or every month really isn't that important, it just means that you're going to see a different data point from your graph.
Doing this helped me realize that even though I didn't see a change from last Thursday, the other 6 days my weight was actually going down or up. I learned to not let the fluctuations bother me. Today I am up, tomorrow I may be up or down. But my overall trend is down. That's the important part.
This is what my weight loss looks like over 6 months.

Thanks for that. I weigh every day, although I usually only record it weekly here. I try to keep an open mind about fluctuations but some days I get a little antsy when I see the number go up.
On a side note, how do you like Healthmate?0 -

I like it fine. I have the Withings Pulse, so it syncs with my tablet, then I go on the website usually the next day to get the details if I need them. Don't have the scale (yet), it was a little too expensive for me, but I may someday to remove another step from my manual tracking. Overall, have only had a few problems, and the Withings support team is always very helpful and attentive.0
