Stumbled on this guy's YouTube videos searching for beginner kettlebell info. This video in particular, though a bit rambling, makes a great point.

Make habits. Start simple. Just do it. Walk. If you're just starting (or, like me restarting) your fitness journey this is a great message. I heard it loud and clear (even though he is some seriously distractibly eye candy) and it's a message I needed to hear right now. ????

I thought some of y'all might appreciate the message and sentiment ( and umm....he's really easy on the eyes too which doesn't hurt anything motivation wise).
